n Webster at Rye: a nursing and assisted living community in Rye, has received a grant from the N.H. Humanities Council to present J. Dennis Robinson's "Who Won the War of 1812?" Robinson, a well-known local historian, will present this program at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, May 17, in the large solarium at Webster at Rye. The program is free and open to the public.
