third time is a charm. im looking for a cold cheese finger sandwich recipe used at the san diego yacht club years ago. all i know is it contains shredded chedder, mayo and onions. i have not found ANYTHING close. its very basic, no cooking, just mixing,

I will wager a penny or two that the "creamy stuff" that you seek is one of three things, or a combination of the three.

Make-A-Wish, San Diego Chapter ---- What : 22nd Annual Make-A-Wish Tuna Challenge, hosted by Silver Gate Yacht Club and presented by San Diego County Credit Union. The event will include a Captain's Meeting, a fishing trip to compete for awards and prizes and a banquet, open to the public, to include raffles, auctions, entertainment, tournament awards and lunch. When : Sept. 9-11. Where : Silver Gate Yacht Club, 2091 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego. Cost : Tournament fees are $75 for adults or $25 for juniors with fees increasing after July 29. Fees include T-shirt, banquet tickets and admission to a pre-tournament seminar on Aug. 25. Separate banquet tickets are available for $25 each. Website : tunachallenge.org .
